The Brighton star has quickly become a hit in the Premier League and recently signed a long-term deal at the Amex. As a result the Seagulls can demand top dollar and want £100m if they are to part with the highly-rated Irishman.
Chelsea remain in the market for a striker as they goal struggles continue.
